Brandy and a touch of molasses lift and enhance the flavor of the peaches from Hurd Orchards in Holley, NY. Blueberries and peaches are a natural pairing, so we swirl a blueberry sauce (spiked with a little bit of cassis) into the sorbet as it comes out of the machine.
