Our interns, Mary and Jason, dreamt up this ice cream in homage to everybody’s favorite coconut-almond-chocolate bar. Here, toasted coconut and coconut milk form the base of an ice cream studded with crunchy bits of house made almond brittle and bittersweet chocolate. We nicknamed it “Almond Joy to the World,” and it really is a joyous creation – a riot of textures and flavors that will delight your palate, even on a winter’s day.
