Chocolate Sorbet

Chocolate SorbetDeeper and darker than any chocolate ice cream you’ve ever had. This dairy-free sorbet is smooth, dense and rich, and melts on your palate like one of our chocolate truffle’s ganaches. This is one of our standards that we always try to have available.

    • Hi Carolyn, thanks for your question! We use egg whites in our waffle cone batter. We do not use gelatin in any of our products, if we need something like that for a specific recipe we will use pectin instead. All the best, ZAHRA
