Peanut Butter and Jelly Ice Cream

School is well under way, so each autumn we pay homage to that classic school lunch with our Peanut Butter and Jelly Ice Cream, featuring a quintet of local ingredients. Pittsford Farms dairy is blended with Once Again peanut butter from Nunda, NY, summer blossom honey from Davis Honey from Cayuga, NY and salt from Seneca Lake. For the jelly, we use Concord grapes from Fisher Hill Farms in Canandaigua, NY. This ice cream is smooth and luxurious on the palate, with floral and fruity notes complementing the salt and rich peanut butter.
